Your credit union has two mobile banking options available to your credit union - Sprig by CO-OP and CO-OP Mobile.  No matter what your members’ mobile phone references or needs, you can quickly and easily offer them the latest technology and real-time access to their accounts – with no to minimal infrastructure investment on your part.  Both of these options uses the same connection your credit union uses for shared branching so no additional connection or costs from your data processor.

Sprig by CO-OP

Sprig by CO-OP is a unique virtual credit union that enables members to conveniently access all of their accounts, including accounts at different participating credit unions.  Members enroll their accounts and can conduct various transactions on them, depending on the type of access they use.  Online, mobile applications (iPhone and Android), and text are available access options.

  • Text banking, which allows virtually anyone with a mobile phone to use

  • Downloadable application for smartphones, including the iPhone and Android

Credit unions can offer one, two, or all three modes as part of their mobile banking service.

Members can perform the following functions from their cellular device:

  • View recent activity on a specific account, up to 30 days of history or as supported
